SOCIALIZATION OF TUBERCULOSIS ELIMINATION EFFORTS THROUGH THE ROLE OF COMMUNITY

Tuberculosis disease is a disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria that attack the lungs. Tuberculosis is the oldest disease that is currently still a burden for several countries. The group prone to Tuberculosis is the productive age group of 15-54 years. So through this community service by knowing that there are age groups vulnerable to the spread of Tuberculosis so that there is an initiative to carry out interactive educational socialization that provides a forum to measure the importance of preventing the chain of spread of Tuberculosis from an early age, and in an effort to eliminate TB this can be understood at various levels of the community in the community. The purpose of this activity is to broadly disseminate information on the important role of the community in the elimination of Tuberculosis. The reach generated from education through social media with a total reach account of 967 accounts consisting of 556 followers and 411 non-followers. Basically, in this effort to eliminate tuberculosis, it is guided by how to keep healthy people healthy without having to be infected / infected with tuberculosis bacteria and how to make sick people recover where TB sufferers can be cured by regularly taking medication. And with this discussion model, we realize the importance of playing an active role in the elimination of tuberculosis through cross-sectoral and community cooperation efforts.

SOCIALIZATION OF WORK ORGANIZATION CULTURE AT ABDOEL WAHAB SJAHRANIE HOSPITAL TO IMPROVE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

Before the daily project work takes place Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie hospital, the annual works plans needs to be clarified. The responsibilities and accountabilities need to be documented. The preparation of annual work plan is responsible for the management. However, the questions such as to whom he should report to and if there is a need for a project assurance body, need to be explicated as well. A common project organization comprises project sponsor, project board, project manager and project team. Subjected to the complexity of the project, the project assurance body such as quality manager or quality auditor might also be added to the project organization. â€œTraining and development are term is referring to planned efforts designed facilitate the acquisition of relevant skills, knowledge and attitudes by organizations members. Development focuses more on improving the decision making and human relations skills and the presentation of a more factual and narrow subject matterâ€. The community service method is in the form of training on the preparation of an annual work plan at the Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Regional Hospital as many as 60 people. The assistance of health administration participants is expected to increase knowledge about training on the preparation of annual work plans at the Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Regional Hospital.

PROCEDURES FOR REPORTING TB-DOTS AT ABDOEL WAHAB SJAHRANIE HOSPITAL

DOTS reporting procedures are comprehensive basic treatment reporting used by primary health services in the world to detect and cure people with pulmonary TB. The procedure for reporting DOTS is interpreted as follows: a. D (Directly) Examination is carried out with a microscope to determine whether there are TB germs or not. So, patients with a positive BTA sputum test are immediately treated until they recover. b. O (Observed) There is an observer who observes the patient in taking the right dose of medication, it can be a health worker or a cadre. c. T (Treatment) Patients are provided with complete treatment and monitored. Patients should be reassured that they will recover after the treatment is completed. The monitoring tool is in the form of a report book which is part of the progress document system in healing.d. S (Shortcourse) Treatment of TB with the correct combination and dosage. Treatment should be carried out within the correct period of 6 months. Evaluation of hospital services is considered good if the health services provided can provide satisfaction from each patient in accordance with the average level of the population targeted by the health service

HEALTH PLANNING GOVERNANCE ASSISTANCE AT PUSKESMAS JUANDA

Build upon it, a good governance will generate a good public services as well. Nevertheless, there are a few question while processing the enforcement practically. As occur in Puskesmas Juanda, the researcher have found a few question such as the unoptimal yet referral health services, the undistributed of health coverage, and the inadequate of facility and infrastructure along the lack quality and quantity of a health personnel resourch. This research intend to define the realization of a good governance which is implemented by Public Health Office by following the standar operation procedure (SOP) in order to realize a healthy, independent, and justice community of Puskesmas Juanda. This research implemented by Public Health Office Puskesmas Juanda on January. Focus on the implementation of principle partisipation, legal certainty, transparancy, responsiveness, oriented to concensus, justice , effectiveness, and effficiency, acountability, dan vision strategy factor that influence a governance of health services. Technique of collecting data by interview, observation, and document while information took on purposive sampling. Kind of research that used by researcher is descriptive and will be analized on qualitative. The outcome from this research known that the implementation of a good governance from Health services in Puskesmas Juanda on January, 24-25 2021 has not implemented yet due the principle of a good health service govenrnance. It is because of the Public Health Office still not able to apply the principles of effectivity and effeciency in the allocation of the human resourch and the management of health budgeting until it is difficult to administer the justice, transparancy, responsiveness pricnciple toward people needs.

Various ways of conveying information about DM, including through the delivery of health education with counseling. Counseling with the lecture method is the method that is most often carried out and is limited by time, but WhatsApp media is a medium of communication that is used daily by many people in almost all countries. The messages sent can be in the form of written messages, pictures or sound so that this media is very suitable to be used as a media for health education in order to increase public knowledge in general and especially in patients with DM. The conclusion in this dedication is that there is an increase in the knowledge of patients with DM after training.

Procedures for reporting unexpected events are important in patient safety improvement programs. Incident reporting can help analyze problems for health workers and health administration employees in hospitals. This reporting aims to 1) Encourage health workers and administrative employees to report patient health problems. 2) National data-driven reporting for centralized data collection 3) Efforts to reduce severity. Community service activities aim to improve the quality of service at RSUD. Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie. So that the culture of reporting procedures for unexpected events at RSUD. Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie can be applied properly, so that health workers and health administration staff must have the knowledge and awareness to provide excellent service in providing patient needs. Methods of implementing community service activities with the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The participants who participated in this activity were 40 people consisting of 20 health workers and administrative employees carried out in 2 days. Meanwhile, the results of these activities can be implemented because they are able to implement procedures for reporting unexpected events at RSUD. Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie well and correctly.

DISTRIBUTION OF MUNG BEAN CEREAL AS AN EFFORT TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE THROUGH BREAKFAST

Smart Board is a touch screen whiteboard device connected to a computer and LCD Projector. Interactive multimedia is a creation of multimedia equipped with a controller that can be operated by the user, so that the user can choose something they want because the learning is computer-based. The implementation of this socialization was carried out in TK ABA 9 with a total of 38 socialization participants consisting of 34 kindergarten students and 4 kindergarten teachers. The benefit in this community service activity is that the Interactive smart board application can improve aspects of development in children, namely health, social emotional, language, cognitive and physical motor knowledge. The method in the implementation of community service activities can be accessed through the Witheboard.fi brochure, where the contents in the application include drawing, writing and editing all kinds of desired activities. The app has a positive impact on kindergarten students and teachers. The conclusion is that there is an increase in the knowledge of students and teachers in ABA 9 Kindergarten by operating the smart board interactive application on their browsers.
