<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>Academic procrastination is the behavior of procrastinating or procrastinating<br />Complete academic assignments based on your own wishes. Questionnaire<br />Procrastination Assessment Scale-Student (PASS) is a questionnaire to find out<br />student academic procrastination. This questionnaire consists of 2 parts, part 1 discusses<br />prevalence of academic procrastination and part 2 discusses the reasons for procrastination. Study<br />This aims to obtain the Indonesian version of the PASS questionnaire part 2<br />valid and reliable. The type of research is cross sectional research. The questionnaire consists of<br />26 question items distributed via Google form to 30 active students of the Study Program<br />Mulawarman University Medicine in January-February 2022. Carried out<br />adaptation and translation of PASS part 2 into Indonesian, followed by validity testing<br />content and construct validity tests using the Pearson correlation test and reliability test<br />using Cronbach's alpha value. The validity test results show that there are 2 items that are not<br />valid (r < 0.361) and the results of the reliability test show that the questionnaire is reliable with Cronbach<br />alpha coefficient of 0.894 (α > 0.7). The research conclusion is that there are 2 items dropped<br />in this questionnaire and the Indonesian version of PASS part 2 are valid and reliable for measuring<br />reasons for academic procrastination of University Medical Study Program students<br />Mulawarman. <table width="642"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="407"> <p>Cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) is the ability of the circulatory and respiratory systems to supply oxygen during sustained physical activity. One of the factors that affect cardiorespiratory fitness is sedentary behavior and lifestyle. One indicator of sedentary behavior is screen time (ST). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between ST and CRF. This cross-sectional study obtained primary data from 92 students of the Medical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Mulawarman University who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Screen Time Questionnaire (STQ) instrument was used for collecting ST data and Queens College 3-Minute Step Test for CRF. Data analysis was done using Spearman’s correlation test. The results showed that the majority of respondents were 20 years old (39.1%), female (57.6%), with normal body mass index (60.9%). The average daily screen time is 6.00-22.17 hours per day with a median value of 10.60 hours per day. The most frequent CRF group was moderate (46.7%). The relationship between ST and CRF showed p value of 0.250 (p>0.05). <p><em>Acne vulgaris is a chronic pilosebaseous gland inflammation with multifactorial causes that manifests in form of comedone, papule, pustule, nodule, and cyst</em><em>. Several factors that influenced formation and severity of acne vulgaris are genetic, race, hormone, stress, climate, temperature, humidity, cosmetic, medicine, and diet. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of high glycemic index food consumption with acne vulgaris severity in students of SMAN 10 Samarinda. The design of this this study is analytic observational with cross sectional approach. Primary data was taken from students of SMA Negeri 10 Samarinda with mild, moderate, and severe acne vulgaris using purposive sampling technique. Acne vulgaris severity were determined by a dermatologist. Ninety nine respondents’ high glycemic index food consumption data were obtained from daily consumption table for 30 days and Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ). Results acquired majority of respondents have high frequency of high glycemic index food consumption (55.6%) and majority of respondents have mild acne vulgaris (53.5%). The statistical analysis used Chi-Square test acquired the value of P=0.300 (P>0.05). <p><em>Forensics is a scientific field that uses science or expertise to aid in the process of law enforcement. The purpose of this study is to determine variety of forensic cases found at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022. This is a descriptive retrospective study that was carried out in February 2023. The Visum et Repertum sheet was used to collect data from 254 living and deceased victims at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital's Forensic Installation. According to the findings, the most common case among living victims was injury, whereas blunt violence was the leading cause of death. While most of the deceased victims were men, the majority of the living victims were women. The age range of 20 to 60 was the most prevalent for both live and deceased victims. While working was the most common occupation for deceased victims, students were the most common occupation for those who were still alive. <p>Stunting is a common malnutrition condition. Stunting conditions can disrupt children's development, including developmental disorders in the oral cavity. Children with stunting are more susceptible to dental caries due to changes in saliva characteristics. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between stunting and the incidence of dental caries in children in Sungai Kunjang District. This research is a descriptive analytical study that uses a cross-sectional design with saturated sampling techniques. The research respondents were 20 elementary school children who experienced stunting and were recorded by the community health center in Sungai Kunjang District. The research was carried out by intraoral examination of the respondents' oral cavities and checking students' health report books. Research data was processed and analyzed using the Chi-square test. The research results showed that all children with stunting had caries on their teeth with a DEF-T index of 4.95 (high). <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p> <p>Anxiety was the highest mental disorder in the world in 2019. In Indonesia, anxiety increased by 9.8% in 2018. Pre-operative anxiety is often found in breast cancer patients, among other things, induced by primary therapy in the form of surgery. Pre-operative anxiety can lead to postponement and cancellation of surgery. Previous research shows that age and education are two factors whose influence on anxiety shows inconsistent results. This study aims to determine the relationship between age and education level with pre-operative anxiety levels in breast cancer patients at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital, Samarinda. This research uses an observational analytical design with a cross sectional approach. Sampling was carried out using the consecutive sampling method and involved 30 patients who met the research criteria. The patient's anxiety level is measured using the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) questionnaire. Bivariate test data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents belonged to the adult age category (53.3%), the majority of respondents had primary and secondary education levels (40% each), the relationship between age and pre-operative anxiety levels in breast cancer patients at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda not significant (p-value = 0.153), and the relationship between education level and pre-operative anxiety level in patients with breast cancer at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda Hospital was significant (p-value = 0.004). Pre-operative anxiety in breast cancer patients at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda is related to the patient's education level but is not related to the patient's age.</p>Titis Mukti BidadariEva RachmiCandra Ramadhanny

<p><em>Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) is a disorder of heart function caused by atherosclerotic plaques that form in the coronary blood vessels. The condition generally requires more intense care and hospitalization. Good nutritional status in hospitalized patients is known to improve patient response to therapy, reduce the incidence of infection, complications, and shorten recovery time after illness. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional status and length of hospitalization in ACS patients at Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda. This study used an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional study approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and data obtained from medical records of patients with ACS at Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda for the period January 2021 - June 2022. There were 59 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. Analysis of the relationship between nutritional status and length of hospitalization in SKA patients obtained a p-value of 0.506. <p><em>Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) is a group of symptoms or eye- and vision-related problems that result from prolonged use of devices such as laptop, tablet, e-reader, and cell phone. The use of these digital devices can interfere circadian rhythm, as the blue light emitted can suppress the production of melatonin, which is often referred to as the sleep hormone. This study aims to investigate the correlation between Computer Vision Syndrome and sleep quality among students of Medicine Faculty, Mulawarman University. This study applied observational analytical method with cross–sectional approach. The data were collected through Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnaire (CVS-Q) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaires. There were 162 students of three study programs (i.e Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Diploma-3 of Nursing) selected as research samples. It was revealed that most of the students at Medicine Faculty, Mulawarman University had a poor sleep quality (89.8%) due to Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). Meanwhile, around 71.4% of students were not affected by Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). The result of Chi-square test showed a correlation with p value of 0.006. <p>Hypertension is a disease characterized by an increase in systolic blood pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg. This study aims to prove the existence of a relationship between physical activity and the degree of smoking and systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The research method used was a cross-sectional design with a sample size of 51 non-obese adult men. Sample selection used purposive techniques. Physical activity was measured by completing the International Physical Activity Questionnaire. The degree of smoking obtained was measured using the Brinkman Index. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the Brinkman smoking index and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure as well as between physical activity and systolic blood pressure, but there was no significant relationship between physical activity and diastolic blood pressure.</p>Abi Bakring BalyasGalih Indra Permana
